Note:Custom orders will not be returned unless there is a quality issue.

Please note: All returns or exchanges must have a return form and number. Instructions are noted below.

  1. Only garments in original condition with tags intact will be accepted.  
  2. Returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days from the day of delivery. This period is extended to 3 weeks for purchases made between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
  3. Items returned after 14 days may be eligible for exchange or store credit only.
  4. Returns/exchanges are processed within 10 business days.
  5. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
  6. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
  7. Domestic exchanges are shipped via ground free of charge.
  8. Sale category garment(s) are final sale and non-refundable.
  9. Vouchers, codes, and gift cards purchased outside ink-pod.com are nonrefundable and purchases made with them are valid for exchanges only.

RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. Click here to Start a Return or Exchange.

  2. Type in your Order # and email address (email address must be the same used to place the original order). You can also initiate a gift exchange using the link underneath.

  3. Select the items(s) to be returned.

  4. Print the return authorization form, which you should include with your package; or, if you are unable to print the return form, please include the packing list and note the items for return.

  5. If available, Please use your local postal service to return the goods.

 

Please re-use the same shipping package to ensure a safe return.
